It is nearly unused with minimal damage and wear. The side buttons have been resewn through the interior liner, but seem to be original and matching. This hat has its original cockades missing, but instead has a single tin cockade. It is possible that the cockade is installed in the rear of the hat and it is actually supposed to be worn the other way around, considering the shape of the hat. This hat belongs to the collection of Parola Armour Museum. |
